Florian Lejuene – CB – OVR 78 The Newcastle CB came off the bench to score twice to bag a late draw for Newcastle, while a draw we normally ignore, but 2 goals in quick succession is hard to ignore.
Ricardo Pereira – RB – OVR 82 Leicester bounced back in style with Pereira scoring 1 and assisting 1, hopefully sealing his spot in the TOTW.
Nacho Fernandez – RB – OVR 82 The Real Madrid defender got the only goal to seal a win for Real, only downside is he played RB but despite that deserves his spot in the TOTW.
MIDFIELDERS
Jordan Henderson – CDM – OVR 83 Henderson ran the show for Liverpool with 1 goal, 1 assist as a result sealing his spot in the TOTW.
Leon Goretzka – CM – OVR 84 Goretzka ran the show for Bayern with 1 goal, 1 assist & 1 from Kicker, bagging an IF.
Jadon Sancho – LW – OVR 84 While Haland, Reus were impressive, Sancho is who makes the squad with 1 goal and 1 assist and a 2 from Kicker as a result getting a SIF, but do not be surprised to see Reus over him.
Florent Mollet – CAM – OVR 78 Mollet continues to be impressive and looks set for a SIF, with 1 Goal & 1 assist plus a 7 from L’Equipe.
FORWARDS
Neymar – LW – OVR 92 His latest performance saw him score twice for PSG and bag an 8 from L’Equipe only concern is 1 goal was a penalty and his Headliners card could be a factor too.
Josip Ilicic – ST – OVR 84 Ilicic shown his class again for Atalanta as he bagged a hat-trick making his TIF & latest special card this year even more appealing due to league and could be a usable card especially with his Headliner.
Alassane Plea – ST – OVR 81 He bagged two goals and got a 1 from Kicker plus POTW, with his Headliners helps make this IF a bit more appealing.
SUBSTITUTES
Rafal Gikiewicz – GK – OVR 75 The Union Berlin GK was impressive for them making 7 saves and a clean sheet, while Sommer, Dragowski as alternative GKs or even Subotic from the game may get in, we feel he’s done enough to feature.
Leo Matos – RB – OVR 76 The RB got a goal and a clean sheet, while PAOK have played twice & Vierinha got a goal in the other game, we feel he’s done enough to feature.
Rafa – CF – OVR 82 Rafa looks set to pick up an IF after 1 goal 1 assist, after missing out last week will he make the nod this week?
Portu – LM – OVR 80 The Sociedad player got 1 goal and 2 assists, while 1 of the assists was from an OG, it should still do enough to feature.
Maxi Gomez – ST – OVR 80 Gomez played a key part in Valencia bagging a win with 2 goals while 1 was credited in some outlets to Alba, most have gave him the 2nd goal and as a result giving him a first IF too.
Adrien Thomasson – CAM – OVR 76 Thomasson put a classy performance with an 8 from L’Equipe and a goal too.
Wahbi Khazri – ST – OVR 79 The St Etienne forward bagged two goals and a 7 from L’Equipe to seal his spot in the TOTW.
RESERVES
Bartlomiej Dragowski – GK – OVR 73 Could we see 3 GKs make the cut as Dragowski is hard to ignore after saving Fiorentina with seven saves with one being a penalty to keep the score at 0-0. Gazzetta awarded him an 8/10 which should do enough for an IF.
Sean Klaiber – RB – OVR 73 Klaiber scored twice from RB & kept a clean sheet should do enough to get in.
Laba – ST – OVR 73 SIF looks set for Laba after a Hat-trick with only 1 other this week should get him in as makes the SIF a bit more usable.
Anselmo – CDM – OVR 74 Anselmo got 1 goal, 1 assist as Al-Wehda ran riot earning his spot in the TOTW.
Facundo Colidio – ST – OVR 63 Looks like another silver IF will join us as he bagged 3 assists while others may get the nod, feel he’s done enough to get in.
