A strong scoring week with 17. Can we keep this form up and hopefully continue to be consistent. Big question is which Headliners if any will feature this week.

TOTW20 Score – 17/23

GOALKEEPER

Hugo Lloris – GK – OVR 88 Lloris stood out and made a total of five saves, one of which was a penalty in their impressive 2-0 win.

DEFENDERS

Alex Telles – LB – OVR 84 Telles stood out this week with 1 goal and a clean sheet while other defenders such as Rudiger got 2 goals, Telles is hard to ignore due to his Headliners card.

Yerry Mina – CB – OVR 78 Mina’s goals resulted in Everton recording a 3-2 away win over Watford and a SIF looks inbound.

Matthijs De Ligt – CB – OVR 85 There were a lot of defensive options this week which could lead to an extra defensive spot in TOTW. De Ligt claimed MOTM in Juventus’s 3-0 home win over Fiorentina, scoring one of the three goals.

Ferland Mendy – LB – OVR 80 Mendy looks set for an IF after assisting the only goal of the game and picking up a spot in Marca’s TOTW.

MIDFIELDERS

Sofiane Feghouli – RM – OVR 80 Feghouli set for an IF as he scored twice in Galatasaray’s 4-1 home win.

Pablo Sarabia – CAM – OVR 83 While we had Neymar last week, this week we feel he may be ignored over Sarabia but see what happens as Sarabia got 1 goal and 1 assist but only a 7, while Neymar got an 8 but only got an assist so will be tricky.

Jadon Sancho – CAM – OVR 84 Sancho picked up MOTM with a goal and an assist making him the likely player to receive the IF but his position is the talking point so see what happens.

FORWARDS

Roberto Firmino – ST – OVR 86 Liverpool have 2 strong shouts in Firmino and Salah, who gets the nod is tough, we’ve opted for Firmino for 3 assists, but Salah has good a chance as any too.

Francesco Caputo – ST – OVR 75 He scored twice from striker and claimed a 7.5 match rating from Gazzetta sealing a possible SIF.

Romelu Lukaku – ST – OVR 85 He scored another two this weekend allowing Inter to go on and win 2-0 only concern is 1 was a penalty but should get an IF for it.

SUBSTITUTES

Alfred Gomis – GK – OVR 75 Gomis was unlucky recently to not feature but this week he’s very hard to ignore as after making four saves and an 8 on L’Equipe to keep his clean sheet he continued his impressive season for Dijon.

Darwin Machis – LM – OVR 75 The Granada winger got 1 goal and 1 assist in an impressive performance.

Manuel Lazzari – RM – OVR 80 Lazio continue to run riot and while Immobile looks a given, Lazzari seems to be the next most likely shout but time will tell, he got 2 assists in the game.

Oussama Idrissi – LW – OVR 75 Promes may have a shout for Ajax I have to go for Idrissi who seems to be the best shout from the Eredivisie after he scored twice in AZ’s 4-0 win to claim player of the week.

Daniel Ginczek – RW – OVR 78 Ginczek played out wide rather than centrally for Wolfsburg this week and rewarded them by scoring twice during their 4-2 away win over Paderborn.

Kasper Dolberg – ST – OVR 76 He scored twice in their latest 2-1 win which came over Lyon. L’equipe awarded him an 8/10 which is more than enough for an inclusion.

Leandro Fernandez – ST – OVR 75 Fernandez looks set for an IF after 1 goal and 2 assists, while other forwards may get ahead he is hard to ignore.

RESERVES

Ahmet Engin – CAM – OVR 68 He scored twice and assisted twice to help his side pick up all three points and an IF.

Said Benrahma – LW – OVR 74 Benrahma scored three goals for Brentford in their 5-1 away win over Hull City.

Opa Ngeutte – LW – OVR 72 We could see 3 Goalkeepers this week or another forward, we’ve opted for the forward and Nguettes two goals and one assist may do enough as his performance saw him claim an 8/10 which I can see being enough here.

Nathan Thomas – LW – OVR 64 With this match falling on a Tuesday alongside the fact that Thomas is a bronze Item EA could easy go the route of snubbing him. However he scored three goals from LW for Carlisle in their 4-1 away win over Forest Green.

Ibrahim Sissoko – ST – OVR 64 The French striker managed to score three of his sides four goals but despite being a 4-4 draw, feel he’s done enough to get in.
