Unbiased DingDingDing Casino Review: Features, Bonuses & Overall Experience Tested by Our Team

My DingDingDing review is here to tell you the truth about what it’s really like to play at this sweepstakes casino. Perfect for seeing exactly why you should play elsewhere.

So DingDingDing has a familiar range of slots and table games, and it also has a variety of bonuses for new and existing customers. However, is that enough to match what’s available at other top sweeps casinos like LoneStar Casino? Probably not, but I thought that DingDingDIng was worthy of a closer look.

Let’s face it, DingDingDing fails to put on a games portfolio that comes anywhere close to the likes of the LoneStar sweepstakes casino. While that sweeps casino has literally hundreds of quality games, DingDingDing has far fewer and they are of a much lower standard too.

Obviously there’s much more than quantity to consider when it comes to looking at a sweepstakes casino’s gaming portfolio, and here are just a few more reasons as to why DingDingDing’s games suck:

Terrible games developers

There is something fairly suspicious about the fact that DingDingDing fails to tell you who the games designers are behind each of the titles on its site. This is the polar opposite of what you get at LoneStar Casino where that brand takes great pride in letting you know that its games come from some of the biggest developers on the planet such as NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and so on. Because of this, I have a sneaking suspicion that DingDingDing creates its own games and that is probably exactly why they are so awful.

Laughable game variety

Go to most of the sweepstakes casinos featured in the banners of this page and you’ll find that they have gone way beyond just featuring slot games. As well as thousands of slots, you should also expect to find the full range of table games like roulette, blackjack and baccarat. Not only that, but many of the new generation of sweeps casinos will also have live dealer games, instant-win games and a whole lot more.

So what do you get at DingDingDing? Well it looks like you get a handful of fairly dated looking slots and even some comically bad ‘bingo’ games. Beyond that, you’d be fortunate to find just a couple of scratchcards and even those are pretty dismal.

Disappointing bonuses found in my DingDingDing reviews

It’s fair to say that bonuses are a central part of how all good sweepstakes casinos operate. After all, these deals are designed to ensure that you can always enter their sweepstakes by giving you free Sweeps Coins to play with.

So it’s more than disappointing to find that DingDingDing’s bonuses are either small, hard to get or completely useless. You could expect to get some kind of welcome offer but the chances are that nothing will actually land in your newly created account. The same applies for other bonuses like daily login deals and so on.

Again, it’s the opposite of what you get at decent sweepstakes casinos. For example, at LoneStar Casino you would get 500,000 Gold Coins, 105 Sweeps Coins and 1,000 VIP Points for signing up, and then there would be a daily login bonus that gives you 100,000 Gold Coins and two Sweeps Coins to play with. But it doesn’t stop there as there are social media promos, email newsletter deals and even a stunning rewards program.

What’s remarkable is just how inventive DingDingDing has been in creating some fairly hopeless promos that look to do something unique, but just end up falling flat on their face. Here are some examples of this:

Bleak bingo ball bonus

This is meant to give you bingo balls as a result of you playing the games, and by using these bingo balls to enter the promos, you are supposed to win more credit to play more games with. However, none of these bingo balls materialized no matter how much I played which makes me think that this is yet another deceptive deal from DingDingDing.

Pathetic Pet Farm promo

This deal really made me laugh, but not in a good way. After all, the theory is that you keep playing at DingDingDing and doing so will see you being awarded with some kind of digital pet. Your gameplay will allow you to ‘feed’ your pet with treats, and your pet will grow, become happier and you’ll get a bunch of rewards in return. While all of that sounds lovely, it simply doesn’t happen. I’m not sure whether it’s just because I couldn’t find my pet, but it seems that DingDingDing is once again having a laugh at our expense.

Is DingDingDing legit? Probably not

One good thing about DingDingDing is that the brand is actually truthful about letting you know which states it is allowed to operate in. This basically means that you can sign up to this sweepstakes casino in all states apart from Nevada, Washington, Kentucky, Michigan and Idaho.

While that’s fair enough, there remain multiple reasons as to why you might not be able to trust this sweepstakes casino. Here are just a few examples of this:

🔍 Dodgy website

For most of this DingDingDing review I had a real nightmare actually getting the website to work. Whether it was just a one-off or something more seriously is anyone’s guess but it’s rarely a good look.

📜 Weird terms and conditions

I’ll admit that I’m not a massive fan of reading through even the best sweepstakes casino’s terms and conditions, but it’s always good to know how these gaming sites work. DingDingDing’s terms are so opaque and confusing that it seems as though the site is actually trying to make it hard for you to understand anything about how its sweepstakes actually function.

🛑 Awful reputation

It’s always interesting to see what other gamers think about the sweeps casinos that I’m reviewing and it seems as though I’m not the only one who thinks that DingDingDing is a dud. I even saw one review say that it’s the ‘world’s worst sweepstakes casino’ and someone else called it a ‘scam’. While you should always take user reviews with a grain of salt, the fact that they are unequivocally bad suggests that something is seriously wrong here.

Why DingDingDing sweepstakes gaming fails to make the grade

Now onto perhaps the most disappointing part of DingDingDing’s service. It is meant to be a sweepstakes casino, and this means that you should be able to redeem your Sweeps Coins winnings for prizes. However, it seems that I’m not the only person who has found that it seems impossible to do this.

Much of this could be down to just how complex DingDingDing’s sweeps rules are. If you actually manage to find the relevant section, you’ll end up none the wiser as to carry out your redemptions from your Sweeps Coins winnings.

All of this is a far cry from what you get at decent sweepstakes casinos such as LoneStar Casino. After all, that site makes it clear that you just use Gold Coins to play for fun, while you can redeem a minimum of 45 Sweeps Coins winnings for gift card prizes, or a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins for cash prizes.

Is DingDingDing legit with its payment methods?

You can tell a lot about a sweepstakes casino’s purchase methods and sadly DingDingDing has plenty of room for improvement. The fact that it focuses on cryptocurrencies is a little suspicious, although the brand does say that you can also use credit cards and Google Pay. Given the bad reputation of this brand, I would avoid making any of those optional payments for any Gold Coins packages.

The same applies to redeeming your Sweeps Coins winnings for prizes. The theory is that you should be able to do so using the same payment method used for purchasing Gold Coins, but given the brand’s terrible track record, this probably won’t happen.

More bad DingDingDing reviews for customer care

In theory, DingDingDing should have good customer support. This is because the brand says it is ready to take your queries via live chat, phone and email. However, actually getting in touch with the brand is much less simple.

The customer support hours are reportedly between 9am and 6pm EST from Monday to Friday, but I simply couldn’t get through to anyone no matter what time I called up. There is some kind of a FAQ on the DingDingDing site but the answers here are so vague that it’s not really worth looking at.

What is was actually like using DingDingDing

I don’t want to sound like I am being overly hard on DingDingDing, but it’s only fair that I give you a quick overview of what I actually did when reviewing this sweepstakes casino. Here’s what happened:

  1. Tried loading up the DingDingDing site, it only actually loaded up after a few hours.
  2. Entered in some personal information form and submitted this.
  3. Tried to log into my account, website crashed and I couldn’t access my account.
  4. Loaded up the DingDingDing site again, managed to log in.
  5. Looked for my welcome bonus and found that it wasn’t there.
  6. Tried contacting customer support via live chat – didn’t get an answer.
  7. Then called DingDingDing via phone, again no answer.
  8. Thought about buying one of the optional Gold Coins packages but decided against it.
  9. Spent a few minutes looking at the games in the lobby and then the website crashed again.

That was about the size of my experience at DingDingDing, and it was a pretty bleak one at that. I have to remind you that it’s not just me who had a terrible time here which suggests that there is something seriously wrong with this brand.

Conclusion – Another fairly depressing DingDingDing review

By now you should understand that you should give DingDingDing a miss and play at one of the best alternative sweepstakes casinos instead. After all, this gaming site has revealed itself to have a substandard range of games, and that its bonus offers simply aren’t worthy of your time.

When you combine all of that with absent customer support, confusing terms and conditions and a seriously annoying brand name, you’ll understand why we’re recommending that you give DingDingDing a miss. So forget this brand and check out any of our recommended sweepstakes casinos instead.
