TOTW22 looks to have some individual exciting cards to look forward to while a number of useful cards for the upcoming Bundesliga POTM, then a number of useful cards to invest in and finally the usual cards that just prove useful for trading and as SBC Fodder.

After a poor set of predictions from myself for TOTW21 can we get back to normal service this week?

TOTW21 Predictions 10/23

GOALKEEPER

Hugo Lloris  – GK – OVR 88 The Spurs GK made 9 saves and while he conceded the penalty save played a big part in justifying his pick, with lack of standout GKs he deserves the nod, Eriksen or Sissoko could run close too.

DEFENDERS

Aleksandar Kolarov – LB – OVR 81 A SIF looks set for the Roma LB while Mirante and Dzeko were equally impressive Kolarov gets the nod here for 1 goal and a clean sheet.

Aymeric Laporte – CB – OVR 83 With Manchester City playing a lot of fixtures on 4 fronts, midweek games are likely to happen with them just now and their performance against Everton was key to keeping pressure on the title race, Laporte’s goal and clean sheet was key to this and should be seeing an IF to match his TOTGS Card.

Andrew Robertson  – LB – OVR 81 This is a difficult one in that will it be Robertson or Gini that gets the nod, both SIF’s will be appealing regardless and while midfield looks pretty set for TOTW22 the defence is not and as a result the assist and a clean sheet is enough for Robertson to bag a SIF, but Gini got a goal in the game that may swing to him.

MIDFIELDERS

Karim Bellarabi – RM – OVR 80 Leverkusen are showing an improved turn of form since the winter break and shown with a 5-1 win, while Brandt got 2 goals and 2 assists in the game, he is already in TOTW21 so falls to others to be given the nod in this case a SIF Bellarabi for 1 goal and 1 assist. Which with Bundesliga POTM on Friday could be a rather useful card to consider.

Paul Pogba – CM – OVR 88 The Manchester United midfielder’s form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came in has been very impressive and if keeps this up a POTM Card may beckon for February and with him having a recent headliners card a SIF looks inbound too, for 2 goals in an impressive 3-0 win over Fulham, with Martial a strong candidate too for a SIF with 1 goal and 1 assist.

Casemiro – CM – OVR 88 An IF seems set for the Real Madrid midfielder for 1 goal in the Madrid derby while Ramos & Bale got the other goals and with Ramos recently having a MOTM Card, Casemiro may get the nod here.

Pizzi -CM – OVR 83 The Benfica midfielder ran absolutely riot in the 10-0 victory with 1 goal and 3 assists, while came close a few times for an IF this week should be no doubt and just goes in between his UCL Card and his UEL Live Card.

FORWARDS

Chris Wood – ST – OVR 78 Burnley while may not be as impressive as last season are starting to dig deep and show form and their front men showed this against Brighton in a potentially important game come end of the season as Wood bagged 2 goals and while Barnes bagged 1 goal and 1 assist, Wood is more likely.

Haris Seferovic – ST – OVR 73 The Benfica forward has had an excellent season for them bagging 2 IFs already and looks set for a 3rd with an upgrade inbound most likely could make him a cheap IF across the board.

Raheem Sterling -RW – OVR 85 The Manchester City winger ran riot as did the entire team in the 6-0 win over Chelsea, with his 2 goals looks a good shout for a SIF.

SUBSTITUTES

Salvatore Sirigu – GK – OVR 82 The Torino GK was crucial in keeping out a vital penalty and made 2 other saves in keeping out Udinese plus he scored well with Gazzetta should see him merit a 1st IF this FIFA.

Younes Belhanda – CAM – OVR 80 The Galatasaray CAM proved the difference maker for them winning 3-1 and him bagging 2 goals, putting him close to his League SBC Card but still meriting his place regardless.

Inigo Martinez – CB – OVR 79 The Bilbao CB worked hard in keeping Barcelona at bay and while this is a punt he more than deserves being merited into TOTW with the lack of standout defenders, only issue is with no goals/assists may go against him.

Milot Rashica -RW – OVR 76 The Bremen winger been consistently showing the form at Vitesse that justified Bremen to buy him and with 1 IF to his name already a SIF looks set for his 2 goals and a 1 on Kicker and will prove handy towards Bundesliga POTM on Friday.

Nicolai Muller – RM – OVR 77 The Hannover winger who has had a difficult year with him relegated at Hamburg, serious injury and struggling at Frankfurt has found some form to try help keep Hannover up and with 2 goals and a win may help towards that as a result sees himself in TOTW22.

Robert Skov – RM – OVR 72 The Copenhagen player has been an impressive outlet for them this season and while a 2nd IF couldn’t happen for him earlier in the season due to how close was to the 1st he doesn’t have the problem this time with 3 goals and 1 assist making him bag his 2nd IF.

Mata – ST – OVR 76 The Getafe forward was impressive in bagging 2 goals and 1 assist as Getafe keep their form going towards a European place and Getafe has another IF in place.

 RESERVES

Jhon Cordoba – ST – OVR 74 The Koln forward bagged a Hat-Trick and with the lack of these again this week, should see him in the TOTW.

Ondrej Duda – CAM – OVR 73 The Hertha Berlin player has been key to their season and with a likely upgrade plus ran close for POTM he now is in line for an IF which should see an upgrade regardless. He got 1 goal and 1 assist in a key result over Monchengladbach which could have title implications later down the line.

Youssef En-Nesyri -ST – OVR 72 The Leganes forward ran riot as did the team as he bagged a hat-trick which should do enough to bag him his 1st IF this FIFA.

Che Adams – ST – OVR 71 The Birmingham ST joins the hat-trick club with 3 goals against QPR in a tense 4-3 win while they were 4-0 up too doing more than enough to bag himself an IF.

Mohammed Osman – CM – OVR 67 Heracles dug deep against Ajax as Blaswich at one end kept them out with 7 saves and could get in TOTW but Osman the scorer as a result & his 8 match rating should stand in good stead.
